Animals and people bring a layout to life, but what’s with the dinosaurs? Steam locomotives are almost extinct yet they are alive and well on Seven Rivers. I’ve had prehistoric critters on my layout since childhood too. Why stop now?

The most lifelike terrorists are the gigantic prehistoric cats. They fear nothing, not even the squirt-gun. They think they can walk on water. No, they can walk on water, and they leave footprints there. They eat entire pine trees, and they can move a horse and buggy from one end of the layout to the other. They have disrupted service on Seven Rivers Railroad for days at a time, and they lay the blame on T. Rex.
